Tantra Practice
Tantra practice, is a deeply intimate and spiritual journey that involves connecting with oneself and others on a profound level. It’s a big part of the reason I chose was attracted to this journey not only personally, but professionally.
I want to make profound + lasting changes in the way people approach one another, themselves, intimacy, sensuality + of course their spirit.
Boundaries trust + Consent
In my sacred practice, the importance of consent + boundaries cannot be overstated, which is why each session begins with that discussion. By establishing + respecting these crucial elements, I create a safe and respectful environments that nurtures trust, growth, and genuine healing.
The Foundation of Consent is the cornerstone of any ethical + authentic Tantric practice. Therefore, not only for the practitioner to understand the clients or students personal boundaries, but because Tantra invites us as individuals to understand our own personal limits + establish + define our own comfort levels, preferences, and emotional well-being edges. Perhaps because we have come from a heavily conditioned [ and not always sacred or positive ] backgrounds, we may “think” something isn’t good for us, or worthy of shaming, when In fact it is the very medium to our best interest and rare doorway to growth. The beauty about Tantra is their is so much, and each step is an opportunity to water new seeds that we didn’t even realise could flower within us.
As a Tantric practitioner I recognise that each person has their unique boundaries and that these boundaries continue to evolve over time, and sometimes even within one session. Therefore, it is crucial to foster open and honest communication to ensure that everyone involved feels respected and heard and has opportunity to grow.
