This practice is One of the ways I help women re awaken their sensual + sexual energy, a practice for strengthening pelvic muscles, symbolising sensuality and vitality.

How to learn the Deer Exercise?
To achieve the best results with the Deer Exercise, it’s essential to book a 1:1 session with Billa Kate to learn the correct practice + ask any qs.
Setting the Space :Like any Sacred Practice or Art, it’s essential to Create your Sacred Space: to choose a tranquil space + setting that provides comfort and relaxation to you naturally, Perhaps this is a space you can designate in your home that will just be for you, your practices of self love + development.
It’s also completely okay if you don’t have that private space initially. So long as it is Ideally, free from noise + distractions, allowing you to feel safe as you explore all of the wonderful feelings, sensations and milestones that you experience within your mind, spirit + body through this practice, they will be plentyful.
In your 1:1 we will cover how to set a sacred space container so you can gain the most out of this Yin Practice.
Clothing: For Improved practice control + body self awareness, its best to perform the exercise unclothed.
Nakedness in this context not only facilitates the sacred aspect of this exercise + maintains it’s integrity, but it is also an important aspect of self-acceptance and deeper self-connection. [ note all practitioner female deer sessions are fully clothed ]
It places us in a vulnerable state away from the comfort zone, yet still encapsulated within safety, with ourselves + from here the deeper beneath the surface layer work truly begins.
This is where we witness beneath the surface layer judgement’s that are housed within us, generally smothered by ignorance, an opportunity to purify. An opportunity to observe any negative self talk that is coming up and where you notice your most comfortable, and where are you not.
If this feels too much for you initially, perhaps you can wear your underwear, and if that is still too confronting, gym wear. Remember, always in Tantra, even when working with yourself, it’s important that you understand and embody your boundaries. Go at your own pace.
Whilst having the awareness that this practice will eventually evolve into a naked practice for you to achieve the full benefits. For those of you that wish to have a mirror this is fine.
Posture : Sit in the Sudhasana position. Either on the floor or on a cushion with one heel pressing against the mound of Venus ( Yoni ) and jewel Clitoris ). [ You will learn about these terms + positions in your Initial Booking and can use this link to recap post your initial session to practice in your own time at home. ]
The other foot rests next to the shin. If the posture is difficult because of inflexible hips or knee pain, you may also use a small rubber ball between the heel and the vagina to offer gentle acupressure.
Exercise Process: The Deer Exercise comprises two essential components.
being Breast Massage + 2. Working with PC muscles.
During the exercises, it’s crucial to maintain full concentration + awareness. Thoughts related to sexuality, inner judgments, or assessments may arise. This is a natural part of the process. Before you Let go of these thoughts, forgive any negative feelings, accept yourself, and guide yourself to feel safe in this experience. It will be important for you to journal feelings and thoughts post session so keep them close. If you ever feel discomfort or overwhelmed at any point, remember that you can always pause the exercise. Making the decision to stop is equally important and an integral part of the process. So have your pen journal and some water in your Sacred Space before beginning.
The breast massage : If you havent already, remove clothing + jewellery + sit in the posture described above.
Warm your hands by rubbing them vigorously together to generate chi energy.
Now place them over the center of your breasts, fingers pointing down, where we may imagine our heart to be. Lightly massage the breasts [ wings of the heart ] in upward and outward circle.
Remembering the hands travel together up the inside of the breasts towards the face, then outwards, downwards, inwards and upwards again.
Lightly caress the skin in circular motions with the nipples at the center. Rememebr we do not hold the breasts and move them; rather, you should just skim the surface of the skin.
Enjoy and connect with the warm, pleasurable sensations.
Taking the time to do so is important to increase the connections between the nerves and endocrine glands in the breasts and the pineal and pituitary glands in the brain.
This style of breast massage also purifies the Heart from stored or toxic emotions, much of our heart disease today is caused by unprocessed or overly stored emotions.
So, ensure that you acknowledge this as a emotional cleansing exercise, as well as it’s physical and spiritual benefits.
The Female Deer exercise re-sensitise’s and re-sensualise’s you, it will re-awaken your orgasmic and pleasure energies, furthermore, give your cognitive mind a short break. We all need that.
For general purposes of vitality, health and increased sensitivity, you will do 36 [3+6=9] repetitions of breast massage and then 1 or 9 pc squeezes [ see below ] and repeat if desired, work at your own pace, if you cannot do 36 breast circles, do 9 and 1 Pc squeeze, it is recommended, once or twice a day.
always remembering Ketchari Mudra through this entire process, this is learned in 1:1 session. VERY IMPORTANT.
Part II: Engaging Your Pelvic Floor Muscles
‘Holding firm’ – squeezing the pelvic floor muscle, contracting, first.
Now rest your hands in your lap.
Place your tongue in Ketchari Mudra, and turn your hands into fists by enclosing your thumbs under your other fingers. [ This activates a number of important acupressure points. ]
Next, tighten the muscles of the vagina as though contracting it. Keep breathing in a deep, relaxed manner while holding the contraction as long as you comfortably can. You only need to do this step once after each 36 rotation breast massage.
During the contraction, try to keep the anal sphincter and stomach muscles relaxed while squeezing and lifting only the vaginal muscles. [ eventually, you will learn to isolate the pc muscles by feeling them contract against the pads of your fingers.) Oh – and relax, ;) Enjoy this experience, while your learning about this practice, your body and parts of yourself possibly intouched.
During this exercise, you might feel a flow of tingling [sexual energy], well done you have begun cultivating life force ching energy, which is a “side effect” of this practice. Embrace its presence, experience it, witness it, and bask in it like Cleopatra bathing in her goat’s milk. This is pleasure beginning to stimulate. apprecaite these small steps.

Are There Situations Where the Deer Exercise Is Contraindicated?
Remember that while the Deer Exercise is beneficial for Spiritual, Sexual and more importantly Physical Health, it may not be suitable in certain circumstances.There are situations in which you should avoid practicing it.
First and foremost, pregnancy, during this period, it is advisable to consult a doctor or specialist before starting any new physical practice.
Similarly, during menstruation, performing the Deer Exercise may not be advisable. It’s essential to listen to your body and make decisions that are right for your well-being

The breast massage stage of the female deer exercise stimulates the nerves of the nipples and breasts. This in turn increases circulation, releases the hormones oxytocins, DHEA and more, and increases neural development and blood and lymphatic circulation.
It can increase both fullness and buoyancy of the bust by strengthening suspensory ligaments and muscles, while increasing blood and lymphatic movement in the breasts.
The pelvic exercise tones and strengthens the vaginal muscles and the ligaments supporting the ovaries and fallopian tubes, increases fertility and promotes pelvic blood flow and relaxed sensitivity.
Together, the two stages spread sexual pleasure and energy throughout the body, increasing the potential for clitoral, vaginal and whole-body orgasm. By regulating female hormones and increasing blood flow, they also help to prevent or cure PMS, irregular menstruation, anaemia, sterility, ovarian cysts, vaginal discharge, fibroids, incontinence and more. It should be noted that along with increasing sexual health, enjoyment, mental clarity and overall vitality, the exercise increases fertility, so appropriate precautions should be taken to prevent an unplanned pregnancy!
